Find out about local, national and international shows and events (dependent on the actual and desired size of your business) and take the opportunity to show your face and interact with your customers directly.

This can also be a good time to seek feedback from customers and people that are interested in your business. Constructive and non-constructive criticism is inevitable; telling the difference is a valuable skill.
